The grid scraper consists of a fully closed hot-dip galvanised frame with a soft rubber cleaning strip, which automatically adjusts to the right operating position for both directions. The system operates like a large squeegee and is self-cleaning. With flexible side scrapers, ensuring that less manure is carried along the end of the passage. The extra scrapers for the rear edge of the cubicles are fully width adjustable.
You can choose from various drive systems: steel cable, chain-steel cable combination, polyester rope or hydraulic sliding rod. 
For closed floors we provide a high-quality and efficient manure removal system. The heart of the system is the specially designed drive group. The cast steel corner wheels are provided with double waterproof and greased ball bearings. The highly wear resistant 10 mm steel chain has a breaking strength of 5.800 kg.
